G-2: NO GRADE (NG)

Two weeks prior to the expiration date of the NG, an email will be sent by the Registrar's office to the student and the instructor reminding them of the expiration date.  If grades are not forthcoming by the deadline, the Registrar's Office shall automatically change NGs to Fs and notify the students and instructors. 

NOTE:  Dean's List scholastic action will not be taken so long as a DF or NG symbol exists.
