The Pennsylvania State University Navy ROTC program is designed to prepare undergraduate students for a commission in the Navy or Marine Corps while they earn their baccalaureate degree. The instructional program consists of four parts: University major curriculum, Navy specified university courses, Navy professional academic courses, and Navy professional training. This program ensures that all Navy ROTC graduates have a common understanding of the fundamental concepts and principles of Naval Science. Scholarships are available to selected applicants.
