The Opportunity Institute gathers teams from colleges and universities nationwide to foster dynamic discussions and spur strategic initiatives that identify and mitigate key structural barriers to student success. Hosted by Georgetown University and Penn State, in collaboration with the American Talent Initiative, this is a virtual national institute – drawing on the expertise and challenges of the national higher education landscape – with in-person local gatherings, including at Penn State University Park – building communities and collaborations.
