Undergraduate Education Information Technology (UE IT) provides technological support and leadership for the seventeen offices that comprise the Office of Undergraduate Education. The team was formed in 2018 when the IT support staff and management residing in individual UE units joined together to form a single, unified office. UE IT is guided by a shared commitment to providing outstanding customer service to UE users and to recommending continuous quality improvements for the broader UE family. 

Key responsibilities of this office include:

  • Ensure that UE systems are secure and compliant with Penn State policies
  • Research new technologies and design integration techniques
  • Offer solutions to all technological issues that present themselves
  • Provide guidance for University-wide technological changes that impact daily processes
